Lead the structuring of HR processes, manage HR database and personnel files, and ensure compliance with Federal and State policies.

• Training Management

Evaluate employee performance, design training programs, and create learning materials to address skill gaps.

• Performance Management

Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of the Performance Development and Review process.

• Employee Engagement

Support management with employee engagement activities.

• Employee Relations

Provide guidance and support on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

Staff Handbook

Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and an Employee Handbook.

HR Policies

Implement Company Policies and oversee Benefit Plans.

• Benefit Plans

Supervise company Benefit Plans.

• Other

Manage additional duties as assigned by the Executive Team.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
