- Responsible for outbound prospecting to support the HCM Sales Team
- Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, direct mail, or other local marketing programs as directed by sales management
- Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by agreed-upon dates set by sales management
- Competitive base salary plus rich commission plan
- Extensive sales training program with helpful sales tools and on-going sales and management support
- Opportunity to transition to a full cycle sales rep within 8-12 months
- 0 - 2 years of prospecting and phone-based sales/service experience
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred
- Ambitious, competitive, and highly self-motivated individual
- Detail and follow up oriented
- Excellent customer service and listening skills
- Projecting a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community
