    About the Job:

    The York Pain Center, a respected healthcare facility specializing in pain management, is on the lookout for a well-organized and approachable individual to fill the role of Front Desk Representative. As the frontline face of our practice, you'll be pivotal in ensuring each patient's visit is welcoming and seamless.



    Responsibilities:
    • Welcome and assist patients warmly and efficiently, ensuring their details are accurate.
    • Handle patient payments and insurance information meticulously.
    • Manage appointments and optimize the clinic's schedule.
    • Address inquiries and direct messages promptly.
    • Keep the front desk area tidy and well-organized.
    • Work closely with medical staff to maintain smooth operations.
    • Support administrative tasks such as data entry and appointment management.

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in medical office administration a bonus.
    • Previous experience as a front desk representative, preferably in healthcare.
    • Proficiency in EMR systems and medical terminology.
    • Strong communication skills for patient and staff interaction.
    • Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to handle a high volume of tasks efficiently.
    • Knowledge of insurance procedures and HIPAA regulations.
