Key Responsibilities:
Answer Phones:
Manage incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate staff, and take messages as needed.
Guest Services:
Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers, including answering inquiries about the organization and its services.
Scheduling:
Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting rooms.
Administrative Support:
Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining office supplies.
Mail Management:
Sort and distribute incoming mail, and handle outgoing mail and packages.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate visitor logs and other records as required.
Assist Staff:
Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including document preparation and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
