Key Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels and promptly respond to customer inquiries and comments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Assist in managing relationships with influencers and industry partners for collaboration opportunities.
Identify and engage with potential brand advocates and customers to foster brand loyalty.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
