    Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in boosting our sales initiatives, fostering strong customer connections, and reaching revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a successful track record in high-value sales and a genuine interest in wellness technology.

    Compensation: $35,000 to $52,000 with potential for $300,000 commission

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and engage potential clients in the wellness and medical sectors.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to surpass targets.
    • Initiate high-volume cold calls to create new business prospects.
    • Handle and promptly follow up on inbound leads with professionalism.
    • Cultivate enduring customer relationships.
    • Deliver detailed product presentations and demos.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals using a consultative approach.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise lead generation tactics.
    • Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and showcase our products.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Minimum of 5 years of high-value sales experience, particularly in wellness or medical technology.
    • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual driven by success.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
