    Reporting to the Director of Provider Sales, the

    Sales Executive, Provider


    is responsible for new account sales and/or expanding existing accounts for a specified territory, primarily focused on promoting the Availity Revenue Cycle Management suite of solutions.

    The

    Sales Executive


    will develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, close individual healthcare accounts involving multiple executive level stakeholders and manage a complex sales cycle including forecasting and sales activity.

    The

    Sales Executive

    will present solutions using appropriate sales approaches and techniques, including team and/or consultative presentations/efforts. The

    Sales Executive


    collaborates with senior management and corporate counsel to negotiate contracts and coordinates all follow-up to insure a delivered, signed contract.

    Travel will be required for this role. The Sales Executive will also be required to perform other duties, projects, or activities as specified by their management.

    To be qualified for this position you:
    Must have a minimum of 8 years sales experience in Healthcare IT.Need to understand the Provider/Hospital revenue cycle model.
    Have a proven record of success in a quota driven sales role.
    Possess excellent verbal and written communication.
    Must be comfortable preparing and presenting formal proposals.
    Should be involved in industry organizations such as MGMA and HFMA.Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

    You will set yourself apart with:
    Provider sales experience within the healthcare industry.
    If you can persevere in a lengthy sales cycle that can be complex.
    Possess persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


    You will be:


    Working on a highly driven sales team selling RCM products to organizations of 100+ Provider groups to include: Large multi-physician groups, hospitals (500+ beds), health systems and billing service organizations.

    Working with the Availity Marketing team on materials to provide to current and prospective customers telling the Availity story, defining the ROI.Prospecting through warm and cold calls.

    Working with Availity Legal to present and negotiate Provider sales agreements.
    Managing multiple, concurrent sales cycles.
    Managing sales plans to meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
    Managing your pipeline and forecast sales funnel.
    Developing lead generation strategies while maintaining working knowledge of industry trends and issues.
    Attending industry event and conferences and travel to prospects as needed.
