- Oversee the daily accounting operations and respond to questions from the team
- Manage accounts receivable team, both billing and collections
- Manage accounts payable process and client re-billing for costs
- Assess a list of daily revenue activity to ensure accountability, balance general ledger accounts, and fix any discrepancies or problematic accounts
- Oversee the biweekly payroll process
- Update cash forecast weekly
- Prepare financial and managerial reports for management
- Advanced-level Excel user
- Advanced QBO skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Superior customer service skills, management skills, relationship skills, and communication skills
- Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, balance sheet account reconciliations, and monthly financial statement preparation
