    Job Description

    Main Roles and Responsibilities:

    Operate and monitoring network equipment located in the USA under supervision from the global operation team

    Maintain IT Security operation in the USA under company guidance and global IT operation team's supervision

    Serve as Security Officer and/ or Technical Compliance Officer on behalf of the company in the USA

    Prepare and provide regular reports to the US regulator bodies on behalf of the company

    Mandatory Requirements:

    A resident U.S. citizen who possesses U.S. citizenship only (i.e., is not a dual-national)

    Candidate will be subject to screening process by the US Government and must be eligible to hold security clearance following appointment

    Reside in Los Angeles county

    Allowed and able to travel within the USA and overseas

    Qualification:

    Minimum Associate Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, preferably with general IP Network or IT Security knowledge

    Between one to three years' experience in similar roles. Fresh graduate with a period of internship in similar roles can be considered

    Experience in Cisco and Juniper equipment is preferred. Basic CCNA or JNCIA certification can be prioritized

    Additional Preferences:

    The role will mainly work within the US time zone. But from time to time, it is expected to work with the global team in Asia time zone

    Ability to communicate in Indonesian or Malay languages is preferred
