We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to spearhead our operational strategies and join us on this journey.

    Who You Are:

    As the COO, you will be instrumental in driving the firm's operations, optimizing our legal processes, building out processes, developing our metrics management systems and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our firm. We are a data-driven, metrics-based, tech forward firm. Your leadership will be crucial in managing our team, implementing cutting-edge practice management software, using AI EVERYWHERE and leveraging metrics for operational success.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic operational systems.
    • Streamline processes/policies to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
    • Oversee the deployment and optimization of practice management software.
    • Manage and lead a diverse team, fostering an environment of growth, efficiency, and high performance.
    • Utilize metrics to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
    • Serve as a key communicator, maintaining clear and constant communication across all levels of the organization.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with business objectives.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a COO or in a similar management role within an employment or personal injury law firm; experience on the plaintiff side is preferred.
    • Demonstrable expertise in managing operations for a firm with at least 15-20 lawyers.
    • Strong background in implementing practice management systems and managing through metrics.
    • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
