As we continue to double our growth year over year, we are looking for a dynamic, aggressive, and experienced COO/VP of Operations to join our executive leadership team.

    Job Description

    The COO/VP of Operations at will play a critical role in scaling our operations to support our rapid growth. This executive will be responsible for overseeing our recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, retention, margins, HR, operations, and business development divisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing teams in excess of 100 people, demonstrating the ability to lead with vision, agility, and a hunger for challenges.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee the operational infrastructure to support the company's strategic growth, ensuring scalability and efficiency across all departments.

    Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team to achieve ambitious goals, with a focus on maintaining high retention rates and employee satisfaction.

    Drive the company's margins by optimizing operational processes, implementing cost-saving measures, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.

    Spearhead business development efforts to identify new market opportunities, expand client relationships, and secure strategic partnerships.

    Collaborate with the CEO and other executive team members to set company policies, establish long-term goals, and drive the company's strategic direction.

    Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across all operations.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field. MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.

    Minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.

    Demonstrated success in managing large teams (100+ people) and driving operational excellence.

    Strong business acumen with a proven track record of developing and executing strategies that have significantly contributed to organizational growth.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

    Agile and adaptive, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
