Description

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY The Phillip Charles Group has been servicing the local metro Detroit area for the past 30 years and has built incredibly strong partnerships with our clients, candidates, and employees. We have worked with our current client for over 10 years and they are looking for a Business Development Representative for a Direct Hire opportunity.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

Needs previous experience with international freight forwarding sales
Professional communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledgeable about custom brokerage and freight forwarding
Capability of working in a team environment
Use the MS Teams platform to hold meetings with your team and agents
Prioritize target account list and sales pipeline and manage your own accounts
Working with clients, agents, suppliers, and carriers to negotiate prices
Ability to reach or surpass sales targets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Availability to travel as needed.

8:00AM 5:00PM Monday Friday

Business Development Representative Skills Needed:

International sales experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills
Strong Microsoft office skills
