    Job Description

    As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage various facade rehabilitation and roofing projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will utilize your expertise in masonry and waterproofing to provide technical guidance, solve complex problems, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Historic Preservation and FISP - LL11
    • Restoration, inspections and research overseeing the investigation and preservation of historic buildings.
    • Provide technical expertise in understanding design, analysis, and detailing.
    • Provide support in the inspection and restoration of buildings in NY according to local law.
    • Interested in working on higher profile projects & also handle increasing responsibility of building envelope design and Restoration.
    • Showcase professional experience in restoring and inspecting roofs and involvement in exterior walls and fenestrations.
    • Manages staff working on facade restoration of different building types and alterations of existing structures.

    Qualification

    • Over years of experience in Project management or engineering, in the exterior construction industry.
    • Graduation in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
    • Experience working with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

    Salary range: $125,000-$150,000

    Work Mode: Onsite

    Work Days: 5/Week - (Mon-Fri)
