Job DescriptionElevate your career in manufacturing management with a pivotal role at our client, a leading manufacturer based in Ramsey, New Jersey. This firm is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to orchestrate operations on their production floor. If you have a proven track record of five years or more in steering manufacturing processes to success, this role is your chance to shine. Starting pay is in the range of $90,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and full competitive benefits are offered. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of manufacturing workflows and demonstrate a history of effective leadership. Your ability to analyze production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives will be key to your success. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

A minimum of five years of experience managing a production floor in a manufacturing facility.
