Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations.

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of goods, meeting quality standards, and managing a team of production workers.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Duties:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
• Managing budgets and costs
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement
• Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Organize workflow and lean concept, review and improve production methods and equipment
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Control inventory and WIP
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Production Manager or Supervisor
• A degree in business management or related field
• Industryrelated experience, understanding of sheet metal and welding
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
• Mechanical knowledge to fabricate and assemble products
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable in working with people from different nationalities and Spanish as second language preferred
• Proven strong customer service skills

Pay:
$ $50.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
