Your responsibilities

You organize, manage, and monitor production operations
You ensure compliance with quality standards and achieve production goals
You continuously train and develop your employees
You develop measures to increase productivity (continuous improvement)
You pay special attention to adhering to process specifications, structuring and optimizing processes and procedures
You are responsible for maintaining and developing key performance indicators
You communicate across shifts and with adjacent areas

Your profile

Successfully completed technical education, ideally with further training
Ideally, knowledge in the field of punching and forming technology
Strong focus on results and goals in terms of quality, costs, and meeting deadlines
Aboveaverage commitment, high resilience, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
Ability to work independently, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
