    Human Resources Manager

    Starting Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 Depending on Experience

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full Time (in-office role with flexibility)

Our Human Resources team is looking to bring on an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee many of our HR projects and Talent Acquisition functions within our company.     WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Oversee and coordinate many of our HR projects and initiatives
    • Oversee most talent acquisition efforts for the company including managing the company applicant tracking system.
    • Help in determining new and creative methods to attract and recruit qualified applicants including working with trade schools, colleges, universities and other organizations
    • Manage and assist with hires, promotions and transfers
    • Aid in managing employee relations, helping to ensure workplace concerns are being handled effectively and appropriately
    • Aid in leave administration and in legal compliance as it pertains to employment
    • Collaborate and advise managers on HR-related issues including performance improvement, talent management and engagement
    • Assist the HR department with a variety of Human Resource responsibilities
    • All other duties as assigned

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:

    • Must be outgoing, friendly, and able to engage others in conversation on the phone, in person and through MS Teams
    • A deep and foundational understanding of human resources principles, demonstrating a thorough understanding of all aspects of HR
    • Ability to complete and oversee numerous HR projects simultaneously
    • At least 5 years of experience in a formal HR department with Talent Acquisition, project management and employee relations
    • Ability to develop a strong rapport with associates
    • A 4-Year degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with preferred CP/SCP and/or PHR/SPHR certification
    • Masters Degree in Human Resources-related field a plus
    • Strong ability to communicate well with associates at all levels and a desire to be part of a dynamic team
    • Ability to build a strong collaborative rapport with all members of the team
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite and able to learn new software programs quickly
    • Must be detail-oriented, accurate in documenting records and proficient in maintaining electronic file systems
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust
    • Dependability, punctuality and excellent communication and problem-solving skills required
    • Must be organized and professional with the ability to work without supervision
