    Marco's Franchising is seeking an Administrative Assistant who would be responsible for high-level administrative support to executive members, reporting directly to the Administration Manager.

    They are reliable and a hard-working individual who always perseveres to achieve the best results and has demonstrated both strong leadership skills and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.

    Candidate must be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within an entrepreneurial environment. They must have a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, meeting critical deadlines. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

    CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:

    • Strong leadership skills and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset to identify problems and implement innovative solutions.
    • Self-sufficient in multi-tasking, while maintaining complex schedules.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other office software and able to handle office equipment.

    • Must have superior organizational & communication skills, dedicated to completing projects in a timely manner.
    • Must be resourceful, a highly pro-active problem solver, comfortable working in a fast pace office environment.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
    • Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events. Organize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issues
    • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
    • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
    • Arrange travel and accommodations. Prepare expense reports.
    • Screen incoming telephone calls/emails/texts; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information, and able to respond outside normal business hours.
    • Manage the Executive's contacts.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines. Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters.
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
    • Draft and prepare correspondence.
    • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.

    EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment administrative role.
    • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
