Job DescriptionL.F. George,Inc is seeking a Service manager for our Waukesha, WI store. The Service manager leads all service operations including customer relations, training of all Service Dept employees, overseeing the Service technicians work area, prioritization of work orders, closing work orders, warranty claims and that all safety protocols are followed.
As Service manager you are critical to the success of our Service department and you will have the ability to effect the overall success of our business.
L.F.George, Inc has been in business over 65 years. We are a construction equipment dealer selling, servicing and renting some of the best brands in the industry.
We are a franchised dealer for TORO compact loaders, Mecalac excavators and loaders, Bobcat loaders, excavators and tractors, FINN hydroseeders, Morbark chippers and stump cutters, ASV forestry mowers and Ring O Magic vacuum excavators.
The following will be helpful in being our Service manager:
Be people oriented with the ability to build business relationships.
Have exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
Be proficient in computer skills.
Have the ability to lead and train all Service technicians as necessary.
Knowledge of compact equipment and Diesel engines.
Management and vocational training is beneficial.
5 or more years of mechanical and supervisory experience within the construction or equipment industry is preferred.
Familiarity with scheduling and turning around work will be beneficial.
