What You Will Do:
Manage operations for Respiratory, Sleep Disorders and/or other services.

Implement departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Assess quality of patient care and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues. Oversee scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
