Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and potentially conducting nursing visits, staff and team meetings, and resident and family discussions.

You'll also be responsible for managing and leading the nursing and social care departments in close coordination with the PDL, ensuring quality care and documentation according to MDK-QPR standards, and providing individual basic and treatment care based on resident preferences.

Additionally, you'll support the quality management tasks.

We expect you to have completed a vocational training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, or pediatric nurse, and to have a customer-oriented, team-oriented, confident, and solution-oriented work style.

Good and positive communication skills are a must, as well as a desire to continue developing and eventually take on a leadership role.
