We are currently seeking a:

Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Management of the entire service department of approximately 5 dealerships, including workshop and customer service
  • Ensuring smooth operations and efficient organization of all service activities
  • Compliance with manufacturer requirements, quality standards, and legal regulations
  • Development and implementation of strategies to increase service revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Staff planning, leadership, and development, including training of service personnel at each location
  • Handling of customer complaints and resolution of service issues in close collaboration with the sales team
  • Management of service contracts, warranty claims, and insurance cases

Your qualifications:

  • Completed technical training in the automotive sector or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in a managerial position in the service department
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in staff development
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Outstanding communication and customer orientation skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Independent, structured, and reliable work style
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills
