Your Responsibilities:

As Head of Marketing (m/f/d) of our renowned startup, you will shape and influence our vision and actively drive the company's expansion
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and developing a brand and marketing concept for the Bloomwell Group and its entities in the segments of medical cannabis, online pharmacy platform, and lifestyle. We want to hear from you which positions need to be created and what steps need to be taken next.
You will develop strategies, concepts, and campaigns and define tools for an effective marketing mix across various media channels.
You will plan and manage our strategic development and develop a sustainable publishing strategy, including all relevant social media channels, based on their reach/interactions, as well as tapping into new potential reach.
Based on the strategy and planning, you will define the required budget and continuously monitor expenses.

Your Profile:

With your startup mindset, you are highly motivated to use your expertise and creativity to contribute significantly to the growth of a futureoriented industry.
Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare market, ideally with leadership responsibility.
Successfully completed business studies with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification.
Passion for content marketing and social media, as well as a keen sense of current trends.
Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.
Experienced in working with relevant marketing tools and their evaluation.
Fluent in German and English.
Workplace in Frankfurt
