- Displays an in-depth knowledge of the details, assemblies, and critical branded elements utilized in the construction of the stores; teaches local resources how to execute correctly and ensure high quality results.
- Assesses the talent of local resources, management experience, and organizational awareness to develop effective external teams.
- Monitors and manages budgets and schedules (including risks with submissions and FFE delivery), prioritizing early identification of issues and appropriate escalations.
- Quality controls and manages punch completion to ensure excellent brand representations to the customer.

- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering and / or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, design and / or construction in a luxury retail, hospitality and / or other highly branded environments
- Previous international experience preferred
- Experience in managing multi-level / street retail / mall store projects
- Experience in both company owned and franchise models
- Effective team player across diverse disciplines and cultures/time zones
- Excellent communication skills with cultural diversities
- Strong sense of design and its interpretation / adaptation within international markets
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- Displays a technical expertise that supports high brand standards and substantial tenant improvement/build-out
- Self-motivated individual who displays curiosity
- Effective written and verbal communications skills to ensure seamless coordination of project teams
- Ability to create reliable, collaborative business partnerships focused on achieving positive results
