Overview/Purpose:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Content Planning and Distribution: Lead the development and implementation of digital content and messaging strategies across platforms based on consumer insights, target personas, seasonal themes, and tentpole moments to drive revenue and subscription growth while strengthening our brand presence. Oversee the process for content creation and distribution, working with appropriate crossfunctional teams to bring content to life via applicable digital channels.
- Retention and Loyalty: Partner with CRM and Customer Service teams to develop content and messaging strategies that keep subscribers engaged and help drive community management across platforms
- Brand Partnerships:
Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships teams and brand stakeholders to develop win-win promotional plans that strengthen brand relationships and engage new and existing subscribers.
Ideate and pitch promotional upsell opportunities.- Editorial Partnerships: Manage the relationships between BSB and Editorial teams to maximize box exposure, brand exposure, and content performance across titles- Team Leadership:

- Performance Analysis and Attribution:
Partner with Acquisition teams and external agencies to implement new testing methods with a focus on performance-driven content that converts across different channels.
Required Skills:
- 810 years of digital marketing experience with a major brand or advertising agency Proven ability to grow brands and audiences across platforms, with an emphasis on digital media and influencer marketing An established visual aesthetic and clear creative POV Experience developing and managing teams, both internal and external Experience working with an editorial team and calendar Handson experience managing digital audience acquisition programs Entrepreneurial, digitally savvy, creative and experimental in the approach to problem solving, with exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to clearly articulate and present initiatives to acquisition, operational, and revenue teams alike Positive team player and an enthusiastic work ethic Experience with a subscription box business is a must
Base Salary:
- $96k-$190k
