    Description
    We have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role you will be supporting our Onsite team. This would entail working with customers to solidify onsite scheduling.


    Tektronix will invest in your professional growth by providing you with training opportunities to keep you current in your field.

    The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy.


    Responsibilities:
    Customer communication via email and phone.

    Participate in weekly onsite meetings.

    Review customer purchase order for services required.

    Work in the Business Retention tool to help schedule on-site

    Identify additional work performed beyond the scope for quote revisions.

    Respond to customer inquiries regarding onsite status.

    Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.

    Generate reports as required Quotes and schedules onsite events.

    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Responsible for communications between labs and customers.


    Qualifications :
    U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person status required.

    A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a similar role.

    Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    Works productively in a "team environment".

    Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills with employees and customers at all levels.

    Excellent work ethic and multi-tasking skills.

    Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.

    Able to work a flexible schedule with occasional overtime.

    Experience dealing with customer inquiries by phone.

    Prior scheduling experience.

    Experience in the Business Retention Tool.


    Due to US Department of Commerce export control regulations governing technical data of Tektronix products, Tektronix needs to know the citizenship of all its employees.

    Note that US Citizenship is not required for most positions.

    Hired candidates will be asked to bring proof of citizenship (passport, birth certificate, green card, visa or similar) on their first day of work.


    All jobs require access to Export Administration Regulations AT1 level technology and therefore a license may be required for citizens of Cuba, North Korea, Iran, or Syria.

    Applicants must be willing to allow or cooperate with the company in applying for a U.S. government license, if necessary. Employment offer is contingent on Tektronix's ability to apply and obtain a U.S. government license on your behalf, but Tektronix encourages all applicants to apply.
