    WHO WE ARE

    Accurate Courier Services is a national leader in offering Medical Courier services to the largest health networks in the country. We are rapidly expanding in the Cincinnati area and are looking for professional minded Customer Service Representatives to join our team As a part of the Accurate Courier team, you will be servicing the most prominent names in healthcare in the country. You will also be part of a team that values your expertise and commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and timely medical logistics. We are the National Customer Service Center for Accurate Courier Services, and your growth will be limitless.

    GENERAL SUMMARY

    The Customer Service Representative will receive calls from our clients to input orders and inquire about existing orders.

    The Customer Service Representative will receive, review and process tickets for Routed and On-Demand orders.

    The Customer Service Representative will receive, document and resolve customer complaints, and escalate to Supervisor as needed.

    The Customer Service Representative will perform Quality Assurance on the work performed by our couriers to maintain a high level of satisfaction and minimize patient impact.

    The Customer Service Representative will perform all duties with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

    2. Be able to clearly communicate via phone. Answering the phone with a smile is critical.

    3. Efficiently gather customer information and document interactions through ticket tracking application.

    4. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.

    5. Must be able accept, communicate, and relay direction from all levels of all departments.

    6. Proficient with computers and Excel workbooks.

    7. Weekend work rotation needed.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.

    2. Prefer Customer Service experience of at least 1 year.

    DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

    1. Integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

    2. The ability to quickly analyze incoming information and determine course of action needed.

    3. Required to communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and written.

    4. Experience with phone support of customers.

    5. Ability to work overtime if needed.

    REPORTING STRUCTURE:

    Reports to: Customer Service Manager

    SHIFTS AVAILABLE: (weekend availability required with all shifts, but not every weekend.)

    Full Time 2:00p-10:00p
