In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory.


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, interacting with customers to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.


Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Identify and assess customer needs, resolving issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and tracking.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Stay informed about product features, specifications, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Continuously update the knowledge base and training materials.
  • Address customer complaints with a positive attitude, seeking solutions and turning negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Document customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving ability and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support ticket systems.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Adaptability to evolving processes and a fastpaced environment.
