In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, interacting with customers to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Identify and assess customer needs, resolving issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and tracking.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Continuously update the knowledge base and training materials.
- Address customer complaints with a positive attitude, seeking solutions and turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- Document customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving ability and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support ticket systems.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Adaptability to evolving processes and a fastpaced environment.
