    Position Overview:


    As a Sales Manager at Interluxe Auctions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering client relationships.

    In addition to these responsibilities, you will be actively involved in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new sales associates.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and real estate professionals.

    Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance.

    Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotions to generate leads.

    Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

    Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales associates, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.

    Develop and implement training programs for new and existing sales associates.

    Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

    Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team.

    Requirements

    Proven experience in high ticket, service based sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Minimum of 3 years sales management experience.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM.

    Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

    Experience in building and growing a sales team including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training sales associates.

    Bachelor's degree or higher.
