    We are a well established distributor of promotional products, offset printing, uniforms, and signage, and have been in business for over 40 years. We are looking for a customer service representative with promotional product, printing, or shipping/ logistics experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Create customer price quotes
    • Create vendor purchase orders
    • Create shipments using UPS/Fedex
    • Coordinate shipments of completed jobs to customers
    • Deal with customers on the phone and/or email
    • Handle multiple projects within a fast paced environment
    • Work well under pressure and within time constraints
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (2 to 4 years)
    • Some shipping/logistics experience
    • Must be able to use Microsoft Office effectively
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Must be a problem solver and handle challenges creatively
    • Self-motivated individual that can work independently

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with QuickBooks
    • Graphic arts experience
    • Desire to assist with Sales

    Benefits:

    Salary is commensurate with experience.

    On-Site Training at commencement of tenure required and after display of competence with job requirements, can transition to hybrid office & home.
