Position Summary:

The Customer Success Representative is responsible for providing support to the sales team and their customers.

Responsibilities:

Order entry
Accurately and timely process all customer orders

Followups

On order status, item availability, credits and returns, and any other orderrelated issues

Communication

Timely communication with customers, both internally/externally, regarding any customer related issues
Works open order reports to move orders through system and ensure timely shipping
Troubleshooting and issue resolution work with work partners to promptly and accurately resolve customer issues

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot potential issues before they arrive

Team player

Must work well with others, be adaptable and personable
Great organization skill prioritizing, to do list, daily routine. Must be accountable
Demonstrates understanding of our customers and product to successfully manage assigned territory.
Must possess strong computer skills, be selfmotivated and selfdirected
Must have the demonstrated ability to come to work every day with passion and have a desire to learn and grow.
Up to 25% travel required.

Education/Experience:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with a competitive academic standing is preferred.

Minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
