    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our client's team. As a Field Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting technology deployments across various locations. Your responsibilities will include attending project meetings, assessing locations for compliance, coordinating data sharing, installing printers, verifying network ports, and providing effective communication with project teams and non-technical users.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Attend and actively contribute to regular project meetings to ensure effective coordination and collaboration.
    • Conduct location assessments to verify compliance with necessary requirements and promptly report any discrepancies.
    • Coordinate and share data with other teams within defined timelines to facilitate successful deployments.
    • Install printers, configure print preferences, and perform thorough print testing to ensure functionality.
    • Verify and activate network ports, coordinating with the network team when ports are inactive.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with doctors, nurses, project teams, and non-technical users.
    • Schedule and manage your own appointments to ensure efficient project execution.
    • Possess reliable transportation for travel to Med Center, clinics, and offices, including locations up to 20 miles away from the hospital.
    • Provide well-documented updates to project spreadsheets and maintain accurate data entry.
    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise work.
    • Maintain flexibility with work hours, including the ability to start early or work late as needed.
    • Availability for after-hours work, as some projects may require night shifts during the TDR period (May 13, 2024, through August 30, 2024).

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in technology deployment, IT support, or related fields is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and non-technical users.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities to schedule and maintain appointments.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accurate documentation and data entry.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing project requirements and work outside regular hours.
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.
