    Description


    The Market Business Service Officer (MBSO) oversees the Service Organization Market, collaborating closely with the Complex Management team to lead and supervise service and business functions.

    Duties include driving strategic initiatives, fostering a strong complex culture, developing employees, ensuring high client service levels, and overseeing operational processes.

    The MBSO maintains communication with the Complex and Regional teams, resolves client needs, and participates in regional and national calls.

    Operational oversight involves standardizing procedures, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with firm policies.

    Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, previous industry management experience, and relevant licenses. Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are essential. The role requires the ability to prioritize, resolve complex issues, and think strategically. Travel within the Complex, Region, and Home Office may be necessary. The position reports to the Associate Regional Business Service Officer.
