As a Mid Office Services Analyst Sr within PNC Private Bank organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL.

    The Mid Office Services Analyst Sr. MLO partners with team members to assist with a variety of money movement tasks moving money both internally and externally for PNC Private Bank clients. This role involves working on different problem types with varying complexity across multiple processes, applications, products and lines of business. Direct client contact is at a minimum with most daily communication being with internal service partners and managers.
    Job Responsibilities:

    •Full ownership and timely resolution of assigned requests via email and internal case transfers internal partners. With accurate timely documentation and follow up on all inquiries received.

    •Advocating on behalf of client needs ensuring requests are met when working with service partners

    •Timely escalation of issues, ensuring that defined escalations procedures are followed

    •Troubleshooting transactional inquiries

    •Proactive outreach to service partners to address processing errors or in support of procedure changes

    •Partner with the leadership team, other team members, and service partners to resolve client issues and to meet business goals

    •Support the development and maintenance of policies, and procedure

    •Independent personal development of business and application knowledge to ensure continued effectiveness in the role

    •Ensure that client satisfaction and confidence in PNC Private Bank products and services are at or above departmental expectations
    Requirements:

    •Be self-motivated and self-managing, demonstrating sound judgement and effective decision making

    •Effective analytical approach and complex problem solving skills with strong verbal and written communication skills

    •Ability to communicate and consult with internal service partners and clients concerning highly sensitive information

    •Able to build and maintain good working relationships with team members and service partners

    •Able to manage operational risk through adherence to establish procedures and controls

    Job Description
    • Working independently, completes a variety of highly technical, complex, client transactions. Reviews documentation for completeness and accuracy, and interprets information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures.
    • Proactively identifies and manages risk, involving external and internal counsel as needed and other business units throughout PNC.
    • Meets directly with clients and internal and external partners to address and resolve various matters relating to client requests.
    • Serves as point person for all internal partners on all matters pertaining to the middle-office processes for complex client requests.
    • Provides guidance and assistance to other team members. Actively seeks out and engages in continuing education to support skill-building and development of overall knowledge.

    Work Experience

    Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
