***ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide remote live day/production support.
- Correspond with the client throughout the project implementation life cycle.
- Drive clients to resolve all outstanding action items.
- Complete projects within project guidelines and project plan timelines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Windows Server & SQL Server
- MS SQL / MongoDB
- SQL Reporting Services and SQL Business Intelligence Development Studio
- Microsoft.
- IIS/ASP, TCP / IP, ODBC setup and configuration, and SFTP
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to read, modify, and create functions to map/convert data.
- Understanding of the SDLC and agile methodology
- Able to analyze and process data and information in a logical manner.
- Able to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently.
- Critical thinking & problemsolving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be initiativetaking.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Functional knowledge of credit, recovery, dispute, and core processing systems and/or operations
Pay:
$ $25.93 per hour
