    Founded in 2016 from an IDEO project, Reimagine has grown through significant partnerships in New York and San Francisco, and has been recognized in Fast Company's 2019 World-Changing Ideas Awards.

    Our future focus is to deepen virtual program impact, expand local chapters in major U.S. markets, and fully launch our Growth Journeys Platform, aiming to grow our annual budget to approximately $2.5 million. Learn more at


    JOB OPPORTUNITY:
    Business Development & Fundraising Partner


    Role Overview:
    Partner with executive leadership to enhance our impact and sustainability. Responsibilities include managing donor relationships, crafting grant proposals based on grant relationships you've built, and coordinating strategic funder communications.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and manage donor and strategic partnerships.
    Draft and submit grant proposals.
    Plan and execute funder engagement strategies.
    Manage fundraising data and generate performance reports.
    Collaborate on event planning and execution.


    Required Competencies and Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 4-5 years' experience in fundraising or business development.
    Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
    Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred. Asana, too
    Commitment to inclusive and equitable practices.


    The Ideal Candidate:
    You are a proactive, compassionate professional familiar with business development and/or non-profit development.

    You possess strong attention to detail, writing skills, interpersonal care, and are committed to our mission, thriving in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments.


    Location & Travel:
    This remote role is based preferably in the Bay Area for occasional in-person meetings, with some travel required.
