We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our Growth team.

You pride yourself on your writing skills and you embrace any chance to flaunt them. You're 50% organizational ninja, 50% proactive project manager with a bias for taking action.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Growth Director across all aspects of Business Development, including prospecting, pitching, and project management
  • Keep new biz status doc(s) uptodate and proactively follow up with team leads to keep projects on track
  • Send reminders to internal contact owners about followup and upcoming meetings for prep, and inquire about upcoming travel
  • Own agency credential decks and updates
  • Organize and keep an archive of client decks in biz dev folder
  • Work with Growth Director on setup and next steps slides ahead of all new business meetings
  • Coordinate travel and meeting logistics with Ops, EA + Project Management Team
  • Liaison with PM, on upcoming pitches and design needs
  • Be the key contact for all things coordination as it relates to scheduling, travel, calendars
  • Take meeting notes for new business meetings and share recap in a timely manner with internal teams and provide a clientfacing recap should it be sent
  • Keep Growth financial tracker for inbound clients and outbound spend such as travel
  • Read the trades stay uptodate within advertising trends

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideally 1 year of experience in Business Development, Account Management or Project Management in a creative company (agency experience preferred but not required)
  • Tech savvy, with a working knowledge of Google Workplace (Drive, Sheets, Slides etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to identify potential problems and escalate accordingly
  • Ability to stay cool under pressure
  • Quick learner, ability to work with a high level of independence
  • Quick on your feet and comfortable speaking with confidence in a variety of settings
