This role is a hybrid remote position. Partially in the office, and partially remote.Compensation:
_$60-150k (on target earnings). Annually_ in Commission as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the digital marketing sector.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while promoting additional services and innovations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs to position DREAMLABS strategically in the marketplace.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to articulate clientspecific solutions and the benefits of DREAMLABS' services.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and work closely with the legal department to finalize agreements.
- Attend industry conferences, meetings, and other networking events to generate leads and maintain DREAMLABS' presence in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine service offerings and develop marketing materials that align with business development goals.
- Track and report on sales targets, forecasts, and other key metrics to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, communication or related field.
- Successfully completed sales training.
- Handson experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Experience with CRM software.
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
