    guidance and support to equip our teams for success and manage the employee life cycle.
    As an

    Employee Relations Manager at West Shore Home,

    you will contribute to this mission by managing and responding to workplace concerns related to discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and violations of company policy through unbiased review, fact-finding, investigation, documentation, policy interpretation and articulation, performance related coaching, and recommendations for corrective action as

    warranted

    . You will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and work closely with the rest of the HR team.

    What

    You'll

    Contribute

    Ensure all investigations are unbiased, and consistent to ensure the company's treatment of employees is consistent with the company's core values, polices, and procedures.

    Track, evaluate and analyze trends of investigation determinations to

    identify


    areas of opportunity within the organization to present to the Human Resources Leadership Team and/or Legal Department to help develop active strategies, solutions, programs, and/or policies.

    Communicate regularly

    regarding

    pending investigations and provide

    timely

    investigation reports with detailed supporting documentation.
    Maintains


    an understanding of legal requirements including but not limited to EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

    Ability to work semi-autonomously with minimal supervision
    Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Human Resources concentration
    Human Resources certification preferred (SHRM or HRCI)

    Exempt role with standard hours from 8:00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday)
