Essential Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and build client relationships through active project management and communication.
  • Prepare conceptual solutions and cost pro formas for prospective projects/clients.
  • Complete modeling and layouts for solar projects
  • Perform site visits and surveys
  • Manage project teams in the design, permitting, and construction of solar projects
  • Schedule and track budgets between multiple disciplines
  • Prepare budgets and proposals for new projects

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the solar market
  • Bachelor of Science (B. S.) degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with solar design and permitting in PA, NJ, and NY.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of computers and related renewables modeling software such as Helioscope, PVsyst
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues to solve complex engineering problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
