    Job Title: Payroll Manager

    Location: New York City, NY

    Hourly Rate: $40 per hour

    Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Onsite

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team in New York City. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate processing of payroll for our employees. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity, as well as strong Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups.

    Responsibilities:

    Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.

    Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

    Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy.

    Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.

    Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure payroll data integrity.

    Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll regulations and ensure compliance.

    Generate payroll reports using Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.

    Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation.

    Requirements:

    Previous experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role.

    Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity.

    Strong understanding of payroll processing and regulations.

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

    Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.

    Must be available to interview and start immediately.
