- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals of the organization
- Manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development
- Partner with senior leaders to understand and address key HR issues and challenges
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing performance issues, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
- Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees
- Manage employee benefits such as 401k, health Insurance and life insurance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the HR function effectively supports the overall business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Professional in Human Resources certification
