Engineering Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning Support:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project planning activities.
- Compile and distribute project documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
Resource Coordination:
- Coordinate resources and materials needed for project activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to procure necessary resources.
- Track resource allocations and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a central point of contact for project team members and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and ensure timely dissemination of project information.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Generate regular progress reports and updates for project managers and stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain project files and records in a centralized repository.
Quality Assurance:
- Assist in monitoring project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support quality assurance activities, such as inspections and audits, as needed.
- Identify and report any deviations from project requirements or standards.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues affecting project timelines or outcomes.
- Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and track risks throughout the project lifecycle and escalate as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
