Job Overview:
Duties:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing office supplies
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist in training development for new employees
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Oversee human resources functions including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure phone systems are operational and handle phone etiquette training for staff
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in human resources functions is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage files and documents efficiently
- Vendor management experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on office management
