The following tasks await you:

As a leader, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational personnel work:

Management of the personnel department with direct reporting line to the management
Trusting and close collaboration with management
Point of contact for employees on topics such as employment contracts, payroll, company agreements, vacation planning
Responsibility for the entire personnel management from recruitment to departure
Adaptation and implementation of legally required changes in labor and employment law
Communication with tax advisors, payroll offices, and social security institutions

Your profile:

Solid knowledge and practical experience in the aforementioned area and/or a completed training in human resources and/or a completed business administration degree with a focus on human resources
High level of reliability, confidentiality, and diligence
