Commercial-technical Indianola, CA Experienced/Entry-Level Job Ad for Production Set-Up Operator as Department Manager Representative (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Development of mechatronic laboratory products in the field of liquid handling
Creation of functional samples and prototypes
Requirement and productionoriented CAD design of mainly plastic components and assemblies
Shrinkage and warpage simulation of plastic injection molded parts
Strength calculation of product components
Preparation and support of internal functional and application tests
Interdisciplinary project work

Your Profile:

Successfully completed engineering degree in the fields of plastics engineering, mechatronics, precision engineering, mechanical engineering, medical technology or similar, or further education as a technician in one of the aforementioned areas
Several years of experience in design desirable
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, especially plastics
Proficient in MS Office, ERP and 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks and SAP S/4HANA
Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for development tasks and creativity in designing innovative solutions
Good English skills, both written and spoken
