We are looking to hire a server who wants to be a part of The Strand House Team. While having at least two years of serving experience in a full-service upscale restaurant is a must, we are also looking for an individual who wants to join a tight-knit team and will grow with us. As a Server at The Strand House, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. We are looking for someone who is personable, courteous, and has a professional demeanor. We take pride in upholding the highest quality standards for guest service and fostering a cohesive and efficient food and beverage service team. Whether you want to keep serving, or grow into management, we are seeking someone with a genuine love for hospitality and finds happiness through making others happy. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule (weekend availability is a must), and we will do our best to be flexible with you as well. COMPENSATION: minimum wage ($16.00) plus great tips | medical and dental insurance contribution (full-time only)| sick pay (after 90 days) | positive and fun culture | room for advancement if desired | cross training available | employee referral program | employee assistance program| amazing views while working

Parking Instructions: There are 2 metered parking lots at the bottom of Manhattan Beach Blvd. As well as metered street parking up and down Manhattan Beach Blvd. As well as a underground metered parking structure in Metlox.
