We are a popular ramen destination with locations in Los Angeles It distinguishes itself by providing customized ramen in a highly energetic, fun, customer-focused environment.

We are looking for hospitality-driven servers that provide exceptional service with a smile, no matter what We put our customers first, so we're looking for those who know how to create an enjoyable experience to guests and thrive on their satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

⮚Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest

⮚Work in various FOH areas:
hosting, food running, to-go packing and hand off, bussing

⮚Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while always providing a quality product and excellent customer service.

⮚Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and strive for new opportunities for growth and learning

⮚Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our guests

⮚Maintaining the general cleanliness and organization of the dining area

⮚Serve happiness in the form of food and drinks

⮚Greet guests in a friendly and respectable manner

⮚Responding to any customer needs or questions

⮚Maintain a complete knowledge and understanding of menu items

⮚Communicating with management about any customer issues or FOH issues

⮚Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary

⮚Other tasks as specified by management

REQUIREMENTS:

⮚1+ years of server experience in a fast-paced environment

⮚Comply to all occupational, health, and safety standards

⮚Flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)

⮚Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve

⮚Must be enthusiastic about food and service.

⮚Must maintain great attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.

⮚Be a team player with strong work ethics and communication skills

⮚Must have Food Handler Card (Servsafe)

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

⮚ Store is equipped with ventilated air conditioning

⮚ Noise level is moderate to high

⮚ Temperatures vary from hot to cold

⮚ Floors may be slippery due to the nature of the business

⮚ Able to stand for 2-4 hours at a time

⮚ Able to reach overhead & outwards, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, squat and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less
