Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience, providing recommendations and answering questions about our menu offerings
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, using proper serving techniques and presentation
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables and restocking supplies as needed
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine and spirits is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
