Mediterraneo Server

We are seeking a Restaurant Server who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a full-service restaurant environment. As a Restaurant Server, you will ensure that all guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests to the restaurant and assist them in finding their seats
Take orders and provide recommendations on menu items
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Server or in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work parttime, Wednesday through Sunday evenings, for 56 hour shifts
Must be able to work Sundays
2 years of fine dining experience
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
Experience as a Busser and Food Runner required
